Every project includes 30 days of post-launch bug support for functionality included in the original scope. After that, I offer flexible options for refinements, new features, and ongoing maintenance.

Monthly care plans begin with a 6-month commitment. Maintenance plans cover the services and time allowances described above. Hosting, database subscriptions, API usage, AI credits, and other third-party costs are billed separately. Unused hours do not roll over. Additional development and major upgrades are quoted separately. Support is provided during regular business hours, not as a 24/7 emergency service.

I believe clients should have ownership and control of the products built for their businesses.
Where technically supported, applications are set up using client-owned accounts for hosting, databases, domains, and other essential services. I can continue managing and improving the software, but you're not locked into working with me forever.
Ownership, third-party licensing, account access, and handoff arrangements are defined in each project agreement.
