Getting a pro to work on your site can mean the difference between a great site and a very average one.
If you need a website, there are plenty of platforms with templates that make web designing pretty easy. But if you haven't done it before, it can be very time consuming learning the tools and all the ins and outs of the platform that you choose. While you can save money, if you do it yourself, the big question to ask is whether you should be spending your time on website design while building your business. How much do you charge for your services? $100 an hour? $10,000 for a project? Because that's exactly what you're doing when you elect to do your own website instead of getting it done the right way by working with a pro. Sounds harsh, right?
It's the hard truth. Working with a web designer brings a fresh set of eyes and can deliver solutions and ideas that you've not even thought about.
I offer web design services on the Squarespace platform. It's a fabulous platform with lots of design options and their websites always look very professional. In just a few weeks, we can have your website up and running. Once your website is complete, we set up a 1-to-1 training session, so you can maintain it and make changes to it on the back end whenever you need to.
Don't have any images yet? What about copy? In addition to design, I can assist you with both custom photography and stock photography as well as copywriting, depending on the package you choose. These options are also available as add-ons and are listed below.

Photography
Squarespace has stock photos that you can use for your website. Often I will incorporate the images in the design as placeholders. You can choose to keep them, change them, or explore the idea of a custom photo shoot for your brand.

FAQs
When do I pay?
There is a down payment to start your project, which is usually half the final balance. The balance is collected three (3) weeks after the project has begun or when the website is complete, whichever comes first.
Do you custom code?
I do not offer custom coding, but I can embed existing code for widgets and other integrations.
Squarespace Developer mode?
I do not typically support any websites built with Squarespace Developer mode, but I am willing to take a look. If I cannot help you, you can check out specialists.squarespace.com.
